I love Dr. Jordan ! I feel my needs are always met and my concerns are heard at every appointment. We come up with a plan and goals together which is very unusual in a primary care setting.

Jennifer spends the time to explain my blood work results so that I understand what they mean and how they relate to each other. I have never had a doctor/nurse do that for me before.

This healthcare center does an excellent job in treating the whole person by offering medical and clinical (mental health) services. It’s amazing to find a full lab on premises as well as connect to pharma for prescriptions - making this “one-stop shopping. All of the staff are knowledgeable, professional and take their time to get to know us as people - not just patients. I have referred several people to this practice as it is a ONE of a kind Drs office. Can’t say enough good about them. Not only do they have couches in the waiting room, dogs ready to greet you, and understand children may be accompanying you but they also CARE. Your blood work is done prior to an appointment so they can review step by step what it means and where to move forward which seems like common sense but I have never experienced it anywhere else. I’m also very hesitant with taking any medication and love that they put that into consideration when discussing treatment goals. These doctors look at preventative care rather than wait for there to be a problem to better your heath. As a 31 year old active female recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic but maybe dealing with autoimmune issues causing the diabetes which would be more type 1 —I’m complicated— they have continued to research and find more ways to better my health without pushing me onto every med on the market as previous drs had. Grateful for these women for listening and advocating for their patients! TY.

I always look forward to my appointments, everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the lab to Lily the loving therapy dog, are people you want to be around. As a doctor - jen has changed and saved my life many times over. When I go in I swear she already knows what I’m going to say and knows what to do before I even finish describing what’s wrong. Despite not being able to be seen in the office physically, it was great we could navigate an alternate way to host my appointment so my concerns could be addressed.

Dr. Jen Jordan is the most amazing provider! Not only is she incredibly brilliant but empathetic as well. I credit her with saving my life, literally. For 2 years I was extremely sick so much so I had to leave my job and my career was very important to me at that point. No one knew what was wrong with me, I bounced around from specialist to specialist with no answers. Many assuming it was all in my head or just part of getting older. By the time I saw Jen I had extremely low expectations of finding any relief or answers. Within 15 min of our 1st appointment she said "I think I know exactly what is going on here" and she was right. Two years of anxiety, fear and eventually hopelessness was gone in that instant. Within 6 months with a treatment plan and I was returning to my career and able to enjoy all the important moments of my kids lives again without fear. If you want a provider who cares and actively listens I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Jordan.

Neena and Jen take their time to get to know your history, lifestyle, and concerns. They treat the whole person. The impersonal and detached world of PCPs at Trinity, Riverbend, etc… should be a thing of the past. I know myself, and others, have been waiting to find a practice that isn’t like a revolving door. My last appointment was the first one that I disappointed. My appointment was for 3:15. I did everything in my power to get there on time even though my whole day was a sh. . show. And I understand that sometimes things run late. It was 3:50 and I had enough with waiting. If I had been told there was a delay I may not have left or I may have just rescheduled right then and there. But I was tired and hungry and just couldn't stay any longer. I will reschedule.

I had recently suffered the loss of my husband, and this was the first time I was able to see her since the loss. I have several ongoing medical issues, and we were able decide which should be address first. During the visit, everyone was kind and "gentle" with me and my problems, keeping me from being overwhelmed by everything and keeping me on track (not that easy) so that the visit was productive. I truly appreciate all the help, and the PLAN. Thank You!!

Loved it - first time meeting Dr. Jordan and she was so down to earth-made me feel so comfortable and gave me lots of great information

I have finally found the prefect Provider Home. Cannot say enough about the compassion and genuine caring exhibited by every staff member at this incredible practice ! Took me 75 years to find them but so glad that I did. ! and well worth the wait !

She's a great human and care for her patient God bless her and the team I travel but Dr. Like her I don't think I going to find 1 love her

I just love dr Jordan. She is so caring and loving she is very easy to talk to and realy listens to you..she treats you according to your needs.she is very knowledgeable. Dr Jordan is the best .and her staff is excellent

Jen is the best of the best! Always available when you need her most and genuinely cares for her patients! I always feel incredibly well heard and well taken care of when I have appointments. I don’t dread going to the doctors anymore I actually enjoy it! Her staff is absolutely wonderful too! Truest a one of a kind experience that once you experience it yourself you won’t trust anyone else!
